The course lasts 5 weeks
The marathon is suitable for [beginners/intermediate level/professionals/everyone]. We explain all the processes step by step, so even without experience, you will be able to prepare all the recipes.
There are 2 ways to participate in our marathon:
🧘🏻♂️ Viewer - 5 video lessons you get access to the entire marathon, you can just watch, learn, and bake in your free time.
⛹🏻♀️ Participant - 5 video lessons + 1 bonus lesson by Artem Kinash at the end of the course you have to bake according to the schedule, submit assignments, and compete for prizes.
It is not necessary to repeat the design 1:1 and buy molds, we work with what we have. But something will still be needed.
Scale, mixer, oven, refrigerator, freezer, spatulas, piping bags, bowls, saucepans, brushes, knives, etc.
Cake Basket - Ring 16-20cm in diameter for a cake, silicone mold Basket or any other mold
Cake Egg - Silikomart Cylinders SF098 and EGG30 or any other molds you have
Flower arrangement - a small mastic rolling pin, a wheel, a set of magnolia cutters and weiners, brushes, white and brown floral tape, floral wire
🔘 You have the right to submit 1 task late or resubmit a task that wasn't accepted throughout the entire marathon. That means you can submit it later or redo it by the end of the marathon, but only once. 😉
🔘Every 7 days, a video lesson from the chef and a recipe will be published on schedule, starting on March 10
🔘 The next day after the publication, the chef will hold a short broadcast on his account and answer questions
🔘 You will have 6 days to complete the task
🔘 You need to recreate the product and post a photo/video on Instagram with a special hashtag
🔘 Rating of the work by the following parameters: appearance, texture, cut, photo, video, creativity, timely submission, etc.
🔘 Rating without points - only “ACCOUNTED” or “NOT ACCOUNTED”, we will write to you in the comments under the work
🔘 After each lesson, each chef chooses the best work and gives a special prize
🔘 Participants who have completed all the tasks take part in the final lottery with prizes
🔘If you do not have time to submit the task on time, it will not be counted and you will not participate in the lottery
In fact, everything is not complicated, you will see!
You can continue the marathon at your own pace. However, to receive feedback from your mentor and participate in the prize draw (if applicable), it is important to complete tasks on time.
Yes, the lessons will remain in the tg channel
For some recipes, you will need pectin, agar-agar, xanthan gum, passion fruit puree, chocolate, etc. We tried to adapt all the recipes to the available ingredients and use only the minimum for a pastry chef. You will receive a full list of the necessary products and tools before the marathon.
