The course lasts 8 weeks
We will give you access to a list of ingredients and tools you will need. Usually, it is not necessary to repeat the design 1:1 and buy the exact molds — we work with what you already have. But still, some things will be required. YOU WILL DEFINITELY NEED:
- Scales, mixer, oven, refrigerator, freezer, spatulas, piping bags, bowls, saucepans, knives, etc.
- Silicone molds for cakes and pastries (from Dinara Kasko or any others)
- Polycarbonate mold for bars or chocolates
- Pandoro mold (if you decide to make it)
- Tools for working with sugar paste and for flowers
- Nozzles for marshmallows and macarons
Our marathon offers 2 participation options:
🧘🏻♂️ Viewer - 13 video lessons
You get access to all the lessons, can just watch, learn, and practice in your free time. No access to chats with participants or chefs.
⛹🏻♀️ Participant - 13 video lessons, assignment review, access to a private group with chefs and participants, and the chance to win prizes.
🔘 You are allowed to submit 1 assignment late or resubmit 1 that was not accepted during the entire marathon. That is, you can submit it later or redo it by the end of the marathon, but only once 😉
🔘 We release 1 mandatory lesson each week, as well as additional lessons every two weeks. You will have a full schedule.
🔘 The day after publication, the chef conducts a short live session on their account to answer questions or records a video response.
🔘 You will have 2 weeks to complete each assignment, except for the last one, which has 1 week.
🔘 You need to recreate the dessert and post a photo/video on Instagram with the special hashtag.
🔘 Assignments are evaluated based on: appearance, texture, cut, photo, video, creativity, timely submission, etc.
🔘 Evaluation is without points – only "PASSED" or "NOT PASSED", and we will leave a comment under your submission.
🔘 After each lesson, each chef selects the best work and gives a special prize.
🔘 Participants who complete all assignments take part in the final prize lottery.
🔘 If you miss the deadline for an assignment, it will not be counted, and you will not participate in the lottery.

The marathon is designed for [beginners / intermediate / professionals / everyone]. We explain all processes step by step, so even without experience, you will be able to make all the recipes.
You can continue the marathon at your own pace. However, to receive feedback from the mentor and participate in prize draws (if available), it is important to complete tasks on time.
Yes, the lessons will remain available in the Telegram channel.
No, we provide a list of all necessary ingredients. Most of them can be found in regular supermarkets or pastry shops. Any special ingredients will be listed separately.
For some recipes, you will need pectin, agar, cream, chocolate, etc. We tried to adapt all recipes using easily accessible ingredients and only the essentials for a pastry chef. You will receive the full list of required ingredients and tools before the marathon starts.
If you have the Participant plan, you can ask questions in the chat, and Dinara and the curators will definitely help you.
